Don’t you think time flies? After 30, we start to notice the first changes in our bodies. Skin and hair are no longer the same, joints and spine leave a lot to be desired, and tiredness! Sleeping and resting are no longer so easy, and with the passage of time this becomes even more noticeable.
Time seems to pass more quickly as we get older, and this brings challenges and changes that we are not always prepared to face. Self-care and self-discovery become fundamental in this process.
Talking about health and well-being is essential, especially after the age of 30, when our priorities and ways of looking after ourselves can change. Cultivating healthy habits, finding activities that bring joy and practicing gratitude are some of the ways to stay motivated and happy.
